This workshop is part of the year-long Creature Culture Workshop Series in which we explore the shadowy aspects of each astrological sign as we move through its season. For Leo season, we’re shining a spotlight on burnout and self-absorption. We’ll talk about the trap of the social mirror, and how we can lead without making ourselves superior. We’ll also dive into the experience of enthusiasm and all the ways that activates our nervous system and has the potential for burning us out if we’re not mindful with our energy.
